3. Free Trial Session Policy

Each new prospective student is eligible for one complimentary 30-minute private trial class. There is no financial obligation, no auto-renewal, and no payment required to participate in the trial session.

4. Rescheduling & Class Cancellations

Students may reschedule a scheduled class by providing reasonable advance notice (minimum 6 hours) to their instructor or the admissions desk. Makeup lessons are scheduled flexibly based on mutual teacher-student availability.

• Pricing Basis: Tuition is calculated transparently based on weekly lesson frequency (e.g., 2, 3, 4, or 5 private 30-minute sessions per week). Monthly plans typically range from $35 to $85 USD / month depending on schedule density and subject level.
• Family & Multi-Student Discounts: Families enrolling two or more siblings or household members receive customized concession rates.
• No Hidden Costs: Zero administrative registration fees, no cancellation penalties, and no automated lock-in annual contracts.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Framework

We take pride in pedagogical excellence and student satisfaction:

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If within the first 14 calendar days of starting paid classes a student or parent feels the assigned tutor or teaching pace is not an ideal fit, they may request an immediate teacher reassignment or a full 100% refund of unused tuition fees.
